20/20 is our newest form of personal training. This training consists of 20 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of personal training, where you will be trained and coached by one of our trainers for only €20,-!

For whom is the 20/20 training suitable?

  • if you want to improve your basic condition and overall fitness
  • if you don't have a lot of time to excercise
  • if individual attention is essential for you because of your goals, possibilities and/or limitations
  • to complement your other workouts (personal traning and small group training)
